This is not overly visually impressive. This had already started to drain so the area did not contain a lot of purulent material. It is still important though to break them down further, irrigate and clean them out as best we can so they heal quicker and can ultimately be removed entirely sooner. It is also a good exercise to go through the regular steps, including swabbing, etc.
